It's Coach Draper here with some exciting news. We have already completed our first training cycle with the MAC. Next week is #10 and we are doing TEST OUT WEEK!
We will have laser timing for the 10yard dash and pro agility. We will also have a jump mat to test vertical.
Due to limited supplies(and the holiday week) We are only going to be testing on Monday and Tuesday next week. These sessions may be slightly shorter (45min) Be sure to show up in force, MAC. Even if you haven't attended a session, we would love to have you out to compete with yourself and your friends!
Also due to the holiday week, we will be offering sessions at the MAC at 12pm(speed plus) and 1pm(elite speed) next Wednesday instead of our regular class times in the evening.
