About Us
The Minnesota Athletic Club (MAC) is a premier youth sports organization based in Woodbury, Minnesota, dedicated to fostering the growth and development of multi-sport athletes. Founded by Rich Limpert and Terry Griffith, both former collegiate athletes and coaches, MAC was established to provide an alternative to the early specialization in sports, promoting the benefits of participating in multiple sports to enhance overall athleticism and prevent burnout.
MAC offers comprehensive programs in LACROSSE, HOCKEY, and BOX LACROSSE, catering to athletes from 8U through high school elite levels. The club emphasizes a holistic approach to athlete development, focusing on skill enhancement, sports IQ, and character building. Through partnerships with organizations like the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), MAC provides unique training opportunities and exposure for its athletes.

AAA Hockey
Minnesota Athletic Club Hockey provides training and competitive opportunities for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels. Our focus is on skill building, teamwork, and game intelligence, all within a positive and competitive environment that fosters personal growth and a lifelong love for the game.
Box Lacrosse
Jr. Blueshirts Box Lacrosse introduces players to the fast-paced, high-intensity indoor version of the game, promoting quick decision-making, agility, and physical toughness. Our programs focus on developing fundamental skills and game awareness in a fun, supportive setting.
