PLL Academy Training

The PLL Youth Academy is designed for beginner and intermediate boys and girls to develop and enhance their basic skills of the game.

• Focusing on the foundational skills to create a lifelong enjoyment of lacrosse

Youth Training Details

• Training programs are used as the entry point or in early development for the player into the youth academy

• Low-cost, low-commitment programs that allow players to test lacrosse with a lower barrier to entry

• 4-week training blocks, running multiple times per year

• Youth athletes attend 1 x session weekly •

• Combination of skill-specific drills, recess-like games, competitive games and small-sided play

• Experienced coaches + professional player appearance
