MAC HOCKEY EVALUATIONS

Thank you for your interest in MAC Hockey! We're thrilled to welcome you and excited for you to join the MAC family. At MAC, we’ve built a unique AAA hockey program that focuses on more than just competition – we emphasize community, growth, and development. Unlike other programs, we prioritize building strong connections with our players and families. Even as we expand into multiple sports, including hockey and lacrosse, every member of our program is valued as an individual, not just a number.

Our foundational principles are simple:

• Local Focus: We select facilities close to our players' homes to minimize travel, with most events held in the East Metro at M Health Fairview Sports Center, Doug Woog Arena, or Cottage Grove Ice Arena.
• Top Coaches: We recruit experienced coaches with deep hockey and coaching backgrounds.
• Player Development: Our main goal is the growth and skill development of each player, prioritizing individual skills and position-specific training over systems.
• Multi-Sport Opportunities: We work closely with coaches to structure our schedules to allow participation in both sports without overlap.
• Complete Player Development: At MAC, we focus on developing players who excel in skills, attitude, and work ethic.
