Lacrosse Camps

Join us for three days of elite instruction, high-level reps, and fast-paced lacrosse designed specifically for boys in grad years 2030 through 2035. This summer camp is the perfect opportunity to sharpen skills, grow confidence, and train with one of Minnesota's most respected lacrosse leaders.

Players will develop core fundamentals, improve positional techniques, and compete in structured scrimmages - all in a fun, positive and competitive environment.

Grad Years 2030–2035 (typically players entering 3rd–8th grade)

Rochester Community Technical College Stadium

Tuesday–Thursday, July 15–17

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (includes a lunch break)

$125 per player

Jace Childs brings years of experience as a player, coach, and director at the highest levels of youth and high school lacrosse. As the Director of MAC Lacrosse, he is passionate about player development and helping athletes reach their potential.

• Full lacrosse gear (helmet, gloves, shoulder/elbow pads, mouthguard)
• Lacrosse stick
• Cleats and athletic wear
• Water bottle and lunch
• Sunscreen

This is an outdoor camp and will run rain or shine. In the event of severe weather (lightning, heavy storms), we will delay, adjust, or cancel as needed for safety. Any updates will be communicated via email.
