With over 30 years of proven results, Acceleration MN helps athletes refine their running and skating mechanics, enhance speed, and improve overall athletic performance using cutting-edge technology and advanced equipment.
At the core of this program is the Overspeed Performance Treadmill, which reaches speeds of up to 28 miles per hour and offers a 40-degree incline, allowing athletes to train for both forward and backward running. This state-of-the-art treadmill, along with specialized training tools, provides real-time feedback to help athletes improve stride length, stride frequency, knee drive, hip positioning, and arm swing. Additionally, participants focus on power output, symmetry, and stamina for a comprehensive speed training experience.

This specialized training is appropriate for boys + girls in Middle School (6th - 8th grade) and High School (9th - 12th).

$25 per session- 10 sessions over 5 weeks
